• Charge fairly in relation to the work required and value I'll add

• Respect that the author has the final decision on their work

• Promote only products and services I've used and highly recommend

Client Complaints:

As a service provider I regularly request, and greatly value, feedback from clients in order to improve the service I offer. To date, this feedback has been positive, and I continually strive to provide optimum value and meet clients' needs effectively.

However, should you wish to make a complaint about the service you've received, please get in touch in the first instance, so that we may try to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

In the unlikely event we cannot reach a satisfactory conclusion, you may wish to refer your complaint to the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading at chiefexec@ciep.uk.
