Client Complaints:

As a service provider I regularly request, and greatly value, feedback from clients in order to improve the service I offer. To date, this feedback has been positive, and I continually strive to provide optimum value and meet clients' needs effectively.

However, should you wish to make a complaint about the service you've received, please get in touch in the first instance, so that we may try to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event we fail to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement, the matter will then become a legal one.
